Job Description

SlabHaus Concrete Studio, a Phoenix-based artisan concrete company, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator / Story Teller / Creative professional to develop compelling content that engages audiences across multiple platforms. This role involves crafting engaging narratives, managing digital content, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair combined with technical skills in digital marketing tools and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with marketing goals, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and visual assets.
• Create high-quality written and visual content optimized for SEO, incorporating keyword research and best practices in copywriting.
• Manage content across various platforms such as social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
• Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools to enhance storytelling.
• Produce and edit videos and photography for digital campaigns, ensuring professional quality through video editing software and photography techniques.
• Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content marketing plans that support e-commerce initiatives, B2B marketing, and overall brand growth.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all digital channels while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on industry trends related to digital marketing, social media management, content automation, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across various media types.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software (Premiere Pro or Final Cut), and photography techniques.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram & LinkedIn, as well as digital marketing strategies including email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging stories tailored to target audiences.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple deadlines effectively.
• A passion for storytelling combined with a keen eye for design and detail is essential for success in this role.

Compensation

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
