Casting Call｜UGC / Lifestyle Video Creator (Remote, Contract)

We’re looking for on-camera UGC creators / lifestyle actors to work with Mali + Lili, a fashion accessories brand. This is a remote, contract-based role. Creators can be based anywhere in the U.S. (Los Angeles preferred).

Mali + Lili is a Los Angeles–based handbag brand focused on everyday style and function. We design bags that are easy to use, stylish, and made for daily life—whether it’s work, travel, or weekends on the go. Our collections include backpacks, crossbody bags, work totes, and weekend bags, all made with PETA-approved vegan leather, designed to look clean, modern, and timeless. We care about thoughtful design and responsible choices—from durable materials to reusable packaging. Our goal is to create bags that look good, feel good, and fit real life.

Requirements

• Feel comfortable on camera and fit a fashion / lifestyle brand style
• Have good fashion taste and a clean, natural look on video
• Must be comfortable speaking fluent English on camera (Spanish-speaking ability is a plus) and able to explain products clearly
• Have experience making TikTok or short-form product videos (a plus, not required)
• Can film and do basic editing (phone filming is totally fine)
• Create content that fits the style and lifestyle of women in their 20s–30s, our main target audience

What You’ll Do

• Receive bags sent by the brand
• Film videos for Mali + Lili based on detailed guidelines provided by the brand, including:
• Shooting scenes and locations
• Outfit and styling suggestions
• Talking points and product details
• Video structure and tone
• Each video is about 60 seconds
• Send:
• Raw footage
• Edited final videos for review
• Make edits if the video does not meet brand needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Free product samples (bags will be provided by the brand)
• Contract-based collaboration
• Create 4–5 finished videos per week
• Paid per approved video
• $30–$50 per video, based on experience and content quality

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
