Airtable/Softr AI Real Estate System [Searching]

We are Property AI, a real estate AI startup based in Randburg, South Africa. We are seeking a developer to implement the first operational version (V1) of our system. The foundational work has already been done, including the Airtable workspace, business logic, and SOPs. Your focus will be on validating and lightly configuring the existing Airtable base, wiring Softr portals for different user roles (public and authenticated), connecting Make for core automations, integrating a guidance-only AI assistant (text and audio), and setting up automated WhatsApp lead confirmation and qualification (Twilio or similar). The scope is tightly defined with no greenfield elements, and you will not be required to redesign or rebuild data structures or perform discovery. All work is Gauteng-based, and out-of-scope items like payments or national rollout are explicitly excluded. You should be able to work in a hybrid capacity, occasionally onsite in Randburg if required.

Budget range:
Medium project ($1,500 – 3,000 USD)
