Job Description

We’re hiring experienced videographers to film lacrosse tournaments and sporting events across NJ, PA, NY, and DE. You must have reliable access to a car, as the average shoot is 2 hours away. This is steady weekend work throughout the summer and fall. Sports experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

You must already own or be willing to invest in professional sports-capable equipment:

• Camera capable of 4K at 60fps or higher with reliable, fast autofocus (e.g., FX3, FX6, A7S III, FX30, A7 IV, A1, A9 III, R5, R5C, R3, Z8, Z9, or equivalent)
• 70–200mm lens (with a fixed aperture)
• V90 SD cards
• V Mount Battery
• Tripod with a fluid head
• ND filters
• Monitor + Battery (not required but preferred)
• Laptop for editing (not required)
• Wifi (at least 100+ MBPS)

In select cases, we can assist with equipment upgrades for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and reliability. If you don’t have this gear and are not willing to invest, this role is not a fit.

Editing & Workflow

• If you have an editing-capable laptop, you may be editing clips on-site (case dependent)
• Same-day uploads following a defined workflow
• Training and templates provided

Workshops

We run workshops throughout the year for videographers who want to learn sports-specific filming techniques and workflow.

Pay & Logistics

• $40–$75/hour, based on gear, experience, and reliability
• Travel time is compensated
• Paid promptly after each event
• Consistent bookings for strong performers
