Job Description

333 Media is looking for a Videographer (1099 Independent Contractor) who can jump into a fast-paced, creative environment and capture high-quality content for our clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Film short-form video content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Capture engaging, on-brand footage for a variety of clients and industries
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute content concepts and shot lists
• Ensure strong composition, lighting, and audio during shoots
• Deliver organized, high-quality raw footage for post-production
• Adapt filming style to match each client’s visual identity
• Stay aware of platform trends, formats, and best practices for social video

Requirements

• Proven experience filming short-form, social-first video content
• Strong eye for framing, movement, and visual storytelling
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on set
• Excellent communication and responsiveness
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, high-growth agency environment
• Must be available on a flexible, as-needed basis
• Operates as a 1099 independent contractor
