UI/UX Designer – Property Tech Startup (3-month contract, WFH negotiable)

Arxera is a 12-person (and fast growing) proptech startup that spun out from a £6B commercial real estate investment manager. We build SaaS platforms and custom applications for property clients - legal document generation, acquisitions tracking, cashflow forecasting, and data integration tools.
We’re looking for a UI/UX designer to work across several platforms, improving user experience and establishing a unified brand identity and design system.

What you’ll work on:

Redesigning interfaces for our core SaaS products used by property investment teams
Creating and implementing a cohesive visual identity across multiple platforms
Working directly with our technical co-founders to balance user needs with technical constraints
Designing for B2B users who need powerful functionality without complexity

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience designing B2B SaaS products from concept through to implementation
Strong portfolio showing brand development work, not just UI mockups
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you’ll have significant autonomy
Ability to establish design systems that work across different platforms and use cases

Details:

3-month initial contract with potential to extend. Work-from-home terms negotiable. You’ll be working closely with our CTO and development team, with direct input into product direction.
