Liaison / middleman for access to Chinese affiliate networks

MUST BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN CHINA. I’m an overseas app owner and marketer looking to distribute my mobile app through Chinese affiliate networks.
I currently do not have access to these networks because I don’t have a Chinese phone number, mainland verification, or existing WeChat-based relationships. I’m looking for a China-based middleman / affiliate BD partner who can:
Add my app to Chinese affiliate or promotion platforms
Communicate with networks and offer managers on my behalf
Handle onboarding, verification, and ongoing coordination

I need someone who already operates inside this ecosystem and can represent me locally.

I’m open to fixed fees, hourly consulting, or performance-based compensation, and ideally want a long-term partnership if things go well.

I have experience running paid and organic user acquisition across platforms like TikTok and other social channels, and I’m now expanding into cross-border partnerships with Chinese affiliate networks and promotion platforms. I’m looking to work with experienced, reliable China-based professionals who already operate in this ecosystem and can help with introductions, onboarding, and ongoing coordination.
