Job Description
Our client is seeking an Oracle/Essbase/Databricks Data Engineer expert for an Essbase-to-Databricks migration initiative. The initial phase will involve data integration with Essbase, followed by the migration to Databricks.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience with strong “hands-on” experience with Oracle Essbase
- Experience with partitioning BSO and ASO cubes
- Experience with data integration tools
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Additional Information
The Senior Oracle Essbase & Databricks Data Engineer will begin with data integration work in Essbase, followed by migration activities into Databricks. The role involves Essbase data integration and the replacement of some workloads that use Essbase while moving them to Databricks.
