Job Description

We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong Python and AI/ML platform experience to design, build, and deploy data-driven and machine-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ML frameworks, NLP, and Generative AI, and will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model assumptions.
• Analyze experimental results and provide recommendations for model and process optimization.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models including clustering, classification, and regression.
• Apply data mining techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Identify patterns and anomalies for use cases such as fraud detection, customer behavior prediction, and process optimization.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Evaluate and monitor model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score.
• Build and support production-ready ML pipelines using Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Document experiments, models, and technical approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI.
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms and experimental workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to Kafka or event-driven data pipelines.
• Experience working with large-scale data environments.
