Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our dynamic software development team. Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and software solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Nest.js.
• Contribute to the development of RESTful APIs and integration with various third-party services.
• Support the deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products.
• Participate in code reviews, version control management using GitHub, Git, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Write efficient SQL queries for MySQL and SQL Server databases; assist with database design and optimization.
• Assist in front-end development tasks, including working with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Support infrastructure setup and maintenance for IT systems, including Linux environments and application deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to documentation of software features, APIs, and system configurations.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of software development principles and experience with programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript is preferred.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks including Nuxt.js, Nest.js, Vue.js, or Express is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration; experience working with APIs is desirable.
• Exposure to cloud services like AWS; understanding of IT infrastructure concepts is advantageous.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and GIT.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL or SQL Server; ability to write SQL queries effectively.
• Understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, React, Angular, HTML/CSS; experience with front-end frameworks is a bonus.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems; experience with application deployment on Linux is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn new technologies related to quantum engineering or application development are welcome additions.
