Job Description

This design role at S&P Global Market Intelligence works closely with the Product, Operations, and Technology teams, along with clients. The candidate will collaborate with the Capital IQ UX team to deliver visualizations and key requirements documentation within defined timelines. The designer should possess analytical skills to evaluate complex business scenarios, understand client needs, and demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

Requirements

Basic Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design, with a focus on interaction design and information architecture for the financial services industry.
• Experience in creating visual representations like storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, incorporating diverse perspectives into design solutions.
• Proven ability to develop customer-centric experiences and transformational innovation strategies.
• Advanced technical literacy with an understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and their impact on user experience.

Location

This role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance 2 - 3 days a week.

Compensation/Benefits Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000, based on geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. The role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.
