Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will spearhead organizational efforts to streamline the process for company branded materials fulfillment and inventory. Responsibilities include managing incoming internal requests, maintaining inventory, and coordinating vendor reordering. The role also involves achieving overall department goals and ensuring accuracy across physical and digital platforms.


Requirements

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain product order fulfillment and inventory using Google Forms and Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager and Executive Vice President on shipping orders.
  • Keep detailed order records for both internal and external purposes.
  • Facilitate quarterly inventory reviews at site locations.
  • Notify appropriate channels when reorder points are reached.
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain accurate supply quantities.
  • Communicate with employees regarding orders and related marketing efforts.
  • Perform related administrative duties to assist department efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Education and Certification:

  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Exposure to fields such as business administration, supply chain management, marketing, communication, or sales.
  • Experience with spreadsheet management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheets and forms.
  • Basic computer literacy for printing shipping labels and updating order statuses.

Physical Activities:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull loads exceeding 100 lbs using a cart.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk several miles per shift in various environments.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing ladders/stools to access inventory.

Job Type: PART TIME, Entry Level

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person – Wichita, KS
