Job Description

The Head of Podcast Growth (Executive Producer) at Happen to Your Career will be responsible for establishing the creative vision and strategy for podcast content, focusing on audience growth and relationships. This role requires crafting compelling content that engages and captivates listeners while ensuring the podcast meets high quality standards. The position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in schedule and work location, but requires availability within 8am-6pm PST.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in podcasting, long-form content, or video-based media.
• 3+ years of owning or leading editorial direction for a show or content brand.
• 3+ years directly accountable for audience growth or performance metrics.
• Proven track record of significantly growing a podcast or long-form media.
• Experience with founder-led or personality-driven content.
• Experience hosting and interviewing in a video-based format.
• Experience managing producers, editors, or creative contributors.
• Strong point of view on what makes podcasts grow.

Additional Information
