Job Description

This is a remote position for a high-performing Business Development Manager at a fast-growing B2B cross-border payments platform. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, closing deals, and building strategic partnerships. It requires a hands-on approach combining sales, partnerships, and revenue operations management. The ideal candidate is a revenue “builder” who can independently execute sales strategy while designing and managing a structured revenue engine utilizing CRM and automation tools.

The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) role is both strategic and operational, responsible for driving digital acquisition, brand authority, community engagement, and go-to-market execution. The DMM will design and execute the client’s digital growth strategy across various platforms and build a complete digital execution engine.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience (Fintech/B2B SaaS preferred)
• Advanced skills in ClickUp & Zoho One
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Gemini, Mavity
• Proven track record in social media, PR, SEO, community engagement, and go-to-market campaigns

Additional Information

The role includes building and executing social media strategies, leading go-to-market campaigns, managing digital public relations and community engagement, running end-to-end marketing execution, and owning content creation while tracking analytics.
