Job Description

We’re hiring experienced videographers to film lacrosse tournaments and sporting events across NJ, PA, NY, DE, and MD. This role offers steady weekend work throughout summer and fall, and reliable access to a car is required as the average shoot is 2 hours away. Sports experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Required Gear: You must already own or be willing to invest in professional sports-capable equipment, including:

  • Camera capable of internal 4:2:2 10-bit at 1080p 60fps or higher
  • 70–200mm lens (fixed aperture)
  • V90 SD cards
  • V-Mount battery
  • Tripod with fluid head
  • ND filters
  • Monitor + battery
  • Laptop for editing (not required)
  • WiFi (100+ Mbps)

If you do not meet these requirements and are not willing to invest, this role is not a fit.

Editing & Workflow: Responsibilities include on-site clip editing (case dependent) and same-day uploads following defined workflow, with training and templates provided.

Workshops: Year-round sports filming workshops are available to learn sport-specific shooting techniques and workflows.
