Job Description

Carbon Residential is hiring a local Macon-area content creator to produce organic, authentic video content for two multifamily properties in Macon, GA: Lamar and Landings. The shoot will take place in-person, with a requirement to shoot within the next 7-10 days. The properties are located just 10 minutes apart and the creator can choose between delivering raw footage or fully edited videos.

Requirements

• Must be local to the Macon/Middle Georgia area.
• 10K followers or less (seeking authentic creators, not celebrity influencers).
• Experience creating property, lifestyle, or real estate content.
• Strong eye for composition and natural lighting.
• Available for immediate start (within 7-10 days).
• Portfolio required.
• Option 2 applicants must demonstrate editing skills.

Payment Structure

• 50% deposit upfront (secures your time).
• 50% upon delivery of final files.
• Payment via Upwork escrow or direct deposit.

Usage Rights

We require full commercial usage rights for all content:

• Content may be used across social media, paid ads, website, and marketing materials.
• Perpetual license (Carbon Residential retains ownership).
• No exclusivity required on your end.
• Work-for-hire agreement will be provided.

OPTION 1: Raw Footage Only

Budget: $600–$800

Deliverables include 10-15 raw video clips with iPhone-quality footage acceptable.

OPTION 2: Fully Edited Videos

Budget: $1,200–$1,600

Deliverables include 10-15 fully edited, ready-to-post videos optimized for TikTok/IG Reels, including trendy music and color grading.
