Job Description

The CRM Targeting Specialist will support and drive the email, direct mail, SMS/MMS, and digital targeting lists production process. This role involves coordinating the delivery of materials/assets and confirming that required activities are completed to meet deadlines. The specialist will be accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all campaigns.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with SQL querying, data analysis, and extraction
• Coordinating projects across multiple teams using trafficking/production tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in technical environments
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Detail- and process-oriented, Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with QA testing, email rendering, and data validation
• Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
• Performing data testing and circulating proofs for approval
• Experience with Unica 12 and Adobe Analytics (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, Performing Queries.
• Customer digital targeting experience
• Experience with Unica IBM 10/12 a plus but not required
• Experience with Oracle Responsys

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $40.44/hr paid weekly!

Location: Hybrid (Max 2 days/week) - 420 5th Avenue, New York, NY

Schedule Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Start Date: Immediately

Contract Length: 5+ months | Extension + Conversion Opportunities Available (Temp to Perm)
