Job Summary

We’re seeking a self-starting Content Creator who can hit the ground running to produce engaging marketing content about our media productions. You’ll focus on behind-the-scenes footage for our ongoing projects, new YouTube channel, and upcoming podcast studio. This is a collaborative, on-site position where you’ll generate ideas, plan shoots, capture video, edit content, and ensure timely delivery for consistent posting across social platforms. Expect a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of content styles, from polished pieces to quick, off-the-cuff shorts.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate creative content ideas aligned with our marketing goals, including behind-the-scenes looks at productions, podcast promotions, and YouTube channel launches.

- Develop plans to gather the right footage, including shooting video yourself in our office using available equipment.

- Edit videos efficiently to maintain a consistent posting schedule across social media and other platforms.

- Collaborate closely with Emmett (Owner and Creative Director) on concepts, execution, and feedback.

- Produce a mix of content types: off-the-cuff short-form behind-the-scenes clips, live podcast recordings, promo videos, social media-style ads, and vlogs.

- Create and post shorts for a couple of our clients, utilizing AI tools as trained.

- Create short clips from podcasts for clients.

- Handle on-site tasks in a timely manner to support our production workflow.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in shooting video, creating and editing vlogs, and posting content to social media platforms.

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing your time and deliverables effectively.

- Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and deliver content on schedule.

- Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative office environment, including hands-on shooting.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

- Additional Adobe Suite expertise, such as Photoshop or After Effects.

- Skills in music creation, thumbnail design, audio engineering, or AI video generation—these will significantly strengthen your application.

- Experience in social media marketing, journalism, comedy, writing, or entertainment production.

- Web design and website creation skills.

- A passion for media and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
