Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team on a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, along with hands-on experience in Tableau and a solid understanding of data modeling and business intelligence concepts. This position is open to C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and W2 candidates only, as per US compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business decision-making
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations as required
• Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Build and maintain data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to BI best practices
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams across time zones
• Provide documentation and ongoing support for BI solutions across Power BI and Tableau

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Analyst
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard development and reporting)
• Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and SQL
• Experience handling large datasets and performance optimization
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Duration: 6 Months
• Work Mode: Fully Remote
• Engagement Type: C2C / W2 only (No 1099)
• Rate: Up to $45 per hour
• Time Zone: US working hours preferred
