We are GTG, a fast-growing startup, seeking a Senior Software Engineer who specializes in backend development with a strong interest in AI/ML and full-stack environments. This is a full-time contract position for our remote team, focused on designing and building scalable, intelligent software products from the ground up. You’ll collaborate directly with founders to shape and scale backend systems, integrate advanced AI/ML features, and contribute across modern web stacks. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of senior engineering experience, advanced English skills, expertise in multiple backend languages (such as C#, Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Go), and experience deploying APIs and production systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps is a plus. We offer high ownership, a flexible remote-friendly setup, and the chance to make a real impact on a growing company.
