Contract Senior Presentation Designer (per project, as needed)
We are an award-winning creative agency located in the heart of Silicon Valley seeking talented freelancers to join our team on a project-by-project basis. This role requires an experienced PowerPoint designer who can deliver high-level presentations, from everyday decks to executive keynotes for major corporate events.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail while meeting tight timelines. Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio, along with samples of PowerPoint presentations. Note that this is a per-project freelance role.
Requirements
Skills:
- Highly skilled in PowerPoint, including the ability to create custom master templates.
- Ability to highlight key points using icons, graphics, charts, photography, type, and animation.
- Skill in animating type or elements to illustrate or add emphasis as needed.
- Ability to keep file sizes manageable while maintaining excellent quality.
- Visual problem solver, capable of simplifying complex data for easier audience digestion.
- Understand design as communication, including the importance of budgets and timelines.
- Ability to grasp various brands and adhere to provided guidelines while pushing boundaries when appropriate.
- Strong capability to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality, consistent work that meets client requirements.
- Attention to detail and good design aesthetic in addition to PowerPoint knowledge.
- Professional, diplomatic, and approachable demeanor towards teammates.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of industry experience.
- Well-versed in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, able to streamline workflow between applications.
- LLC or other Business Classification and Business License strongly preferred.
- Up-to-date resume and portfolio with samples of presentation design.
Additional Information
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
Location: Remote, preferably in California.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour.
