Our platform combines AI-powered lead discovery and enrichment, multi-channel outreach automation, deliverability optimization, dynamic segmentation, reply management, and real-time analytics into a unified workflow. We empower marketing agencies and growth teams to execute high-velocity, data-driven outbound campaigns with predictable costs and measurable ROI.
We are hiring a Marketing & Agency Growth Manager to lead demand generation, strengthen relationships with marketing agencies, and position Dureach as the preferred outbound infrastructure platform for agency partners. This role is heavily focused on:
- B2B marketing strategy
- Agency partnership development
- Campaign performance optimization
- Go-to-market execution
- Marketing technology enablement
You will drive growth by working directly with marketing agencies, aligning outbound strategies with their client needs, and ensuring successful adoption and expansion of Dureach within agency portfolios.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or agency partnership management.
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing, sales engagement platforms, and email deliverability best practices.
- Proven experience working directly with marketing agencies or managing agency relationships.
- Deep knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, paid advertising, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive optimization decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present strategy to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced SaaS environment with ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or sales engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound automation tools.
- Background in agency operations or scaling multi-client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Marketing & Partnership Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with marketing agencies and outbound service providers.
- Develop partner marketing strategies that position Dureach as the core infrastructure for agency-run campaigns.
- Lead co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, case studies, campaign launches, and performance showcases.
- Serve as the strategic liaison between agencies and internal product/marketing teams.
2. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, paid media, email, social, performance marketing).
- Drive inbound and outbound lead acquisition targeting agencies and B2B growth teams.
- Build positioning frameworks and messaging tailored to agency decision-makers.
- Optimize campaign funnels using data insights and continuous testing methodologies.
3. Campaign & Performance Management
- Define KPIs and performance benchmarks for agency campaigns powered by Dureach.
- Analyze campaign metrics including deliverability, open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and conversion performance.
- Deliver actionable insights and optimization strategies to improve agency results.
- Create reporting dashboards and executive summaries for internal leadership and partners.
4. Content & Thought Leadership
- Produce high-impact content including landing pages, blog articles, email sequences, sales enablement materials, and partner decks.
- Develop educational materials explaining AI-powered outreach, segmentation strategy, and deliverability best practices.
- Contribute to positioning Dureach as a thought leader in AI-driven outbound and agency growth enablement.
5. Marketing Technology & Enablement
- Manage integrations between CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and Dureach workflows.
- Support agencies in implementing segmentation logic, campaign automation, and data enrichment strategies.
- Improve internal marketing operations through structured processes and automation frameworks.
