Railways ‘good practice’ performance video series

Rail Delivery Group (RDG) is seeking a videographer to create and edit a series of up to six short videos highlighting good practices across Britain’s railway network. These case-study style videos, running 60 to 90 seconds each, will focus on the Performance Restoration Framework’s key pillars and showcase operational staff, leaders and delivery teams explaining their work and its impact on performance and customer experience. The aim is to demonstrate practical, replicable improvements and share positive change across the rail industry. Filming should occur on-site—often in active railway environments—and storytelling should feature engaging visuals and interviews with front-line staff. The project runs throughout 2026, with video content scheduled flexibly and responsively based on emerging examples. RDG is open to applicants willing to travel as needed.
