Fullstack AI/ML Developer at Sapience AIUrgent

We are Sapience AI, a company developing AI-powered platforms that connect users with mentors and peers based on shared experiences. We’re looking for a full-time contract Fullstack AI/ML Developer who will be the technical owner of our entire technology stack, working remotely in US time zones. You should have over five years’ experience across frontend and backend, at least two years working with LLMs and AI tooling, and be comfortable owning systems from end to end. You’ll be responsible for GCP/Vertex AI infrastructure, APIs, frontend, production reliability, and deployment pipelines. The role requires reviewing code from both contractors and AI-generated sources, building and maintaining internal agentic workflows, and establishing clear documentation and specs to enable autonomous work from contractors and AI agents. You must be highly capable with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and have hands-on experience with GCP, CI/CD workflows, and integrating with LLM APIs. You’ll report to the Head of Product and collaborate directly with founders and customers.
