2D Animation for Band Introduction [Searching]

We are an emerging trip-hip hop band from Colorado looking for an animator (hand-drawer) for a 2D animation project. The animation will feature a space bounty hunter coming in with a haul to a trippy looking planet, landing her ship, unloading defeated aliens, marking her spaceship with the additional body count, getting paid, all while showing her unique, rugged character. This cut scene will be used as an introduction to our band. We are seeking someone who can bring this vision to life through creative storytelling and engaging visuals without heavy use of AI. I want a human to make this art come to life, not a computer (entirely). The work can be done remotely.
