Create modern AI‑powered training videos that help a national new‑home sales organization learn faster and perform better!

New Home Star is seeking a contract AI Video Content Creator to support our National Training and Development team. In this fully remote role, you’ll help modernize and scale how training is delivered across our national organization by creating high-quality, AI-powered training videos.

This role is ideal for a creative, fast-moving professional with hands-on experience using AI video platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar tools. You’ll turn scripts, outlines, and learning objectives into engaging, repeatable training content that supports performance, consistency, and growth across the business.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Create AI-generated training videos using Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar tools.
• Turn scripts, outlines, and slide decks into clear, learner-friendly videos.
• Produce short, modular videos optimized for repeatable, scalable training.
• Apply brand guidelines (logos, colors, fonts) for a consistent look and feel.

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio of AI-generated videos (Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar).
• Strong written communication and basic editing/design sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable turnaround times and responsiveness.

Compensation

This is a project-based role paid per completed video. Creators work at their own pace and manage their own schedules while delivering high-quality, on-brand content.

• $250 per video produced (paid per deliverable).
• Work is assigned by project, not by hourly commitment.
• Estimated weekly volume ranges from 3 to 6 videos, with potential to scale.
• Focus is on quality, creativity, and timely delivery—not hours worked.
• Fully remote.
