Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Set-up: Work from Home

Our client, a trusted leader in concreting services in Canberra, is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on building brand presence, strengthening digital visibility, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. The company has over 15 years of experience delivering high-quality concrete solutions and is recognized for its strong safety culture, environmental responsibility, and reliable outcomes in complex civil and commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Liaise with designers for branding assets such as signage, uniforms, and marketing materials.
• Support marketing administration tasks, including documenting SOPs using Scribe.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and newsletters where applicable.
• Contribute to basic graphic design tasks when required (not essential).
• Collaborate closely with the direct manager to prioritize tasks and deliver outcomes.
• Maintain alignment with health & safety standards and environmentally responsible practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Canva.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience working within the construction, civil, or trades industry.
• Previous experience working with international clients (AU, UK, US).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Projects.
• Background in running dig.
