Job Description
The company is hiring experienced videographers to film lacrosse tournaments and sporting events across NJ, PA, NY, DE, and MD. Candidates must have reliable access to a car, as the average shoot is 2 hours away. The role offers steady weekend work throughout summer and fall, and while sports experience is preferred, it is not required.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must own or be willing to invest in professional sports-capable equipment, including:
- Camera capable of internal 4:2:2 10-bit at 4k 60fps or higher
- 70–200mm lens (fixed aperture)
- V90 SD cards
- V-Mount battery
- Tripod with fluid head
- ND filters
- Monitor + battery
- Laptop for editing (not required)
- WiFi (100+ Mbps)
- Ability to perform on-site clip editing (case dependent)
- Must follow defined workflow for same-day uploads
- English language proficiency is required
Additional Information
Workshops: Year-round sports filming workshops available to learn sport-specific shooting techniques and workflow.
Pay & Logistics: Compensation ranges from $40 – $75/hour based on gear, experience, and reliability. Travel time is compensated, and payment is issued promptly after each event. There are consistent bookings for strong performers.
