Videographer is needed in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are seeking a videographer for a rebranding video for our digital marketing agency, NMQ Digital, in Lisbon, Portugal. The project involves filming at both a music school with an orchestra and in our agency’s studio. The ideal candidate will not only operate the camera but also play a key creative role, contributing ideas and working collaboratively throughout the process. Responsibilities include planning and executing all filming, directing and coordinating on-screen talent (staff and musicians), capturing various types of footage to enrich the storytelling, and recording high-quality audio as needed. You will be responsible for the full post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. We expect the freelancer to propose creative directions, shot lists, and mood boards before filming, deliver a rough cut for review, incorporate feedback, and export the final video in multiple formats suitable for web, social media, and presentations.
