Job Description

The role involves conducting support, maintenance, prototyping, and configuration of a complex Oracle Siebel Solution. Responsibilities include hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Siebel implementation and its integration with subsidiary systems, development of integration with ministry applications, conducting root cause analysis, documenting processes and technical designs, engaging with program staff, designing prototypes, and ensuring compliance with I&IT standards.

Requirements

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in configuring complex Siebel Public Sector solutions.
• 10+ years of experience integrating with Single Sign On solutions.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x.
• 10+ years of experience with Siebel EAI, Web Service, Data transformation, and integration.
• 10+ years of experience installing and configuring Siebel Public Sector systems.
• 10+ years of troubleshooting and resolving issues in Siebel Public Sector.
• Knowledge of Oracle development methodologies.
• Experience with technical documentation.

Software Development Experience

• 10+ years in configuring complex Siebel Public Sector solutions.
• 10+ years integrating with Single Sign On solutions.
• 5+ years of experience developing Web Services using SOAP.
• 5+ years developing integration using REST services.
• 5+ years customizing Siebel Open UI.
• 5+ years with Siebel Smart Scripts and Task-based UI.
• 4+ years with Jscript bootstrap framework.
• 10+ years developing unit testing scripts.
• 10+ years setting up multi-organization data structures.
• 10+ years configuring picklist and list-of-value for multiple organizations.
• 2+ years configuring in Siebel IP 20.x.

Technical Skills

• 10+ years with Siebel Public Sector 8.x.
• 10+ years with Siebel EAI, Web Service, Data transformation.
• 10+ years with Siebel data modeling and EIM.
• 5+ years with Siebel OpenUI and PM/PR scripting.
• 10+ years with Siebel e-services, BI Publisher reports, Javascript, HTML5, and CSS.
• 5+ years planning ETL migrations from legacy solutions to Siebel.

Installation, Design, Configuration, Integration, and Troubleshooting

• 10+ years of experience installing and designing Siebel Public Sector systems.
• 10+ years troubleshooting complex Siebel Public Sector integration issues.
• 10+ years integrating with non-Siebel systems.
• 5+ years understanding AODA, WCAG, and assistive technologies.
• Experience evaluating Siebel upgrade paths.

Methodologies, Documentation, and Soft Skills

• Understanding of Oracle development methodologies.
• Experience with documentation of processes and build books.
• Ability to research Oracle tools and recommend techniques.
• Experience working in agile project delivery teams.

Additional Information

Responsibilities also include developing build books, conducting performance measures of new environments, ensuring designs are compliant with I&IT standards, and engaging with LRC staff to troubleshoot problems in migration.
