Job Description
This is a remote position for an experienced AI Engineer (m/w/d) specializing in Generative AI and agent-based systems within the financial sector. The focus is on developing an intelligent, agent-based complaints management system aimed at building a scalable, cloud-based solution using modern LLM architectures and retrieval approaches. The role involves working in a technically challenging environment with a strong emphasis on GenAI architectures, cloud infrastructure, and production-level implementation.
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initially until 30/06/2026 with high likelihood of extension
Location: 100% Remote
Work load: Full-time preferred, part-time also possible
Requirements
Technical Requirements
Must-have
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure Foundry
- Azure AI Services
- Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
Programming & Frameworks
- Very good knowledge of Python
- Experience with LangGraph
- Experience with LangChain
Generative AI & Agent Systems
- Development of agent-based systems
- In-depth experience in LLM Prompt Engineering
- Experience with MCP tools
- Implementation of RAG architectures (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Language
- Excellent knowledge of German (at least C1)

- Deep understanding of modern GenAI architectures
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to turn complex AI use cases into production-ready solutions
- Team player in agile project structures
- High level of personal responsibility and implementation strength
