Job Description

ZCA Digital, a company born from the merger of Sinergidea and Zero Carbon Audit, is seeking a full-time UX/UI Designer to join their team dedicated to the development of products for the Public Administration. The selected candidate will be involved in the realization of web and hybrid technology-based solutions, ensuring the creation of scalable and reliable products. Responsibilities include participating in the analysis phase, collecting requirements, and developing the graphics and user experience for IT solutions. The role demands close collaboration with other technical team members, the project manager, and relevant analysts.

To ensure the team’s operational efficiency, excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English are required, as interaction with third-party clients and foreign collaborators may be necessary. Projects will be carried out in a hybrid format, requiring at least one or two days a week at the company headquarters in Brindisi (BR).

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have prior work experience in a similar role, having worked in structured contexts, to manage their activities autonomously. Technical skills required include:

• Javascript
• HTML, CSS
• Figma / Adobe XD / Invision tools
• Restful API
• Jira
• MySQL
• Git or similar version control systems

Start date: April 2026

Contract type: We offer an employment contract (CCNL Commercio).
