Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-based digital marketing initiatives across key channels (email, web, paid media).
• Design, deploy, and analyse targeted email campaigns with a focus on segmentation and persuasive copywriting.
• Create compelling marketing content, including thought leadership, sales enablement tools, and case studies related to legal staffing and talent.
• Maintain brand consistency across all collateral while adhering to global standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign goals, timelines, and tracking/reporting KPIs for data-driven improvement.
• Develop marketing assets and messaging for talent acquisition campaigns and contribute to social media strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in staffing, legal talent, or legal services.
• Experience in a US-based or global corporate structure.
• Confidence in developing professional, client-facing materials.
• Proficient in email marketing, web platforms, and CRM tools (Marketo/Salesforce is a plus).
• Familiarity with design/branding tools (e.g., Canva).
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in South Africa with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
• Desirable knowledge in legal industry marketing, digital campaign insights, and social media marketing exposure.
