The project is for a real estate agent who needs a video edited to showcase a property. The final video will be under 5 minutes and feature the client walking through the property, explaining its development potential and key selling points. The expert will be required to add realistic and professional animations, illustrations, and visuals that appear dynamically as the client speaks, such as new houses or site features shown popping up onscreen in sync with the narration. These visuals should be developer-focused and help viewers clearly understand the property’s possibilities. The video should be delivered by the 5th of March. The work is fully remote and is expected to take only a few hours.
