Building the structure of a basic web site for small construction company in Sweden (Europe)

We are a small construction and service business based in Sweden, offering renovation, construction, and interior design services. Our team size ranges from 1-4 people depending on the season. We already have a WordPress site built for one niche, and are looking to outsource the design of a similar twin site for another niche within our operations. We have some experience maintaining WordPress sites, and existing text content will be provided by us. If the collaboration is successful, ongoing maintenance work would be available. We are particularly seeking freelancers comfortable with basic web design skills and some understanding of small business needs in the construction sector. The project is remote and long-term relationships may be possible, especially for designers based in Southeast Asia, as this region is of personal interest.
