Digital Marketer is needed in Muscat, Oman.

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize an automated digital sales funnel for attracting High-Net-Worth Individuals and investors from Europe to our luxury real estate projects in Oman, including Al Mouj and Muscat Hills. The goal is to shift marketing from traditional property selling to promoting tax optimization, lifestyle benefits, and investment security. You will be responsible for funnel architecture, lead generation through targeted ad campaigns on Meta and Google, lead magnet creation, marketing automation via drip campaigns, landing page optimization, GDPR compliance, analytics, and reporting to ensure KPIs such as Cost Per Lead under €20 and strong conversion rates. The ideal candidate has proven experience in digital marketing for high-ticket items or real estate, hands-on skills with CRM and automation tools, a track record in European performance marketing, and expert knowledge of GDPR. Copywriting proficiency in English is required; German or French skills are a major plus. You should be able to work independently, analyze data, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing. The role offers competitive base pay with commissions, flexible hours, and remote options.
