What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re seeking a Principal-level Content Designer to lead the definition and operationalization of our product tone of voice and content framework. This role requires deep expertise in UX writing, a strong point of view on product language as a strategic differentiator, and a track record of building scalable content systems that shape end-to-end user experience.

As a senior, hands-on contractor, you will establish the strategic foundation for product content while partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, brand, and marketing.

Requirements

• Audit and suggest a framework for our product tone of voice (TOV).
• Create a strategic differentiator tone of voice (TOV).
• Collaborate with brand and marketing to create a product TOV extension.
• Stress test flows and collaborate with design to pilot the new TOV and guidelines.
• Potentially A/B test content to validate assumptions.

Engagement

• Freelance/Contractor (10-20 hours per week).
• Remote, flexible collaboration with our core product design team.
