Job Description

The Harrisburg Senators are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Videographer to join our content team on a part-time, seasonal basis. This role focuses on capturing energetic fan experiences, ballpark atmosphere, and promotional moments that bring the game-day environment to life across our digital platforms. This is not a traditional game-action videography role. The ideal candidate excels at storytelling through fan engagement by filming giveaways, crowd reactions, mascot interactions, on-field entertainment, and other moments that showcase the excitement and community surrounding Senators baseball. This position works on an as-needed basis and will be scheduled around game dates and special events based on organizational needs and individual availability. This role will not work every game.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality long- and short-form video content highlighting fan experience, promotions, and ballpark atmosphere.
• Film engaging social-first content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and team digital channels.
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to execute creative ideas and storytelling concepts.
• Edit and deliver video content with quick turnaround timelines.
• Upload and organize video and occasional photo assets within team storage systems for use across social media, advertising, website, print, and videoboard.
• Interact professionally with fans while capturing content in public areas.
• Maintain consistency with the Senators’ brand voice and visual style.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in sports, events, or social media videography preferred.
• Ability to capture candid and engaging moments that tell a story.
• Experience using video cameras, audio equipment, and editing software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and select special events.
• Candidates must provide their own camera and video equipment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

Compensation

• $50 per game
• Typical shift length is approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.
• Schedule varies and is based on team needs.
