Full-Time Music Producer for Cover Songs (AI Assisted) – Monthly Salary

I am representing Cassidy Records, a record label based in New York, and we are seeking a full-time music producer for a remote contract position. The main responsibility for this role will be to recreate popular songs as high-quality cover versions that closely match the original recordings in sound, structure, arrangement, and overall feel. You will need to use a mix of AI tools (such as Suno) and professional music production skills. The AI will support vocals and ideas, but you must independently produce full instrumentals and all music production work in a DAW from scratch, without access to original stems, MIDI, or samples. The job will require high daily output—after an initial workflow ramp up, you should be able to consistently deliver 3–5 covers per day, working 7 days a week. For each cover, you will need to deliver the final MP3, all separated stems, isolated vocals, and the complete DAW project file. This remote role is best suited for producers who are well-organized, reliable, and can handle daily tasks at a steady quality and volume. If you are not comfortable with using AI tools, working with a high daily volume, or maintaining daily production, this job may not be suitable.
