Job Description
Italian Hospitality Collection is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive responsible for implementing and managing online marketing campaigns and the company website to promote its products and services. The role involves optimizing CRM management and developing strategies for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads. This position is ideal for a motivated and creative individual eager to enhance the company’s online presence and contribute to its growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. The role is based in Milan with the possibility of one day of remote work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Knowledge of CRM, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in Italian and a mandatory knowledge of English.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Execution: Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- CRM: Manage CRM activities for best practices and collaboration with departments to optimize strategies for revenue growth.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and conduct keyword research.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content and collaborate with designers to produce visuals.
- Local Campaigns Management: Develop and schedule local marketing campaigns to increase revenue.
- Newsletters/DEMs: Design and execute email campaigns analyzing metrics for performance improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, social media, and other departments to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends and identify new campaign opportunities.
