Location: Tommy’s Wholesale/ Tommy’s Discount/ Chamblee Discount Center/ Mattress Atlanta
Job Type: Part-Time
We are a family-owned retail business with three locations, dedicated to providing our community with quality products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator and Community Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Create and post a minimum of 5 engaging posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Consistently post on stories throughout the week.
- Capture high-quality content in-store, showcasing inventory and special deals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments on all social platforms.
- Manage influencer relationships, scheduling, and reposting.
- Sister Company Management:
- Create and manage a Facebook page for our sister company, Mattress Atlanta.
- Post ads and respond to questions related to Mattress Atlanta’s products and promotions.
- Advertising and Promotions:
- Schedule and manage Meta ads, ensuring effective use of the advertising budget.
- Boost posts to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Loyalty Program Communication:
- Send out 2 promotional messages weekly for our Five Stars loyalty program, informing customers of special offers and updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.
