Using over 400 phytonutrient compounds, we aim for a world where skincare supports health and healing at every level.
The role we’re looking to fill is a freelance E-commerce / Digital Marketing Specialist who will own and manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, drive qualified traffic to our website, and help increase online sales. This remote position is ideal for someone who understands both performance marketing and brand-building in the DTC space.
Requirements
• Proven experience running Meta ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Strong understanding of paid social funnels, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience working with Shopify and Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and deliver results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
- Familiarity with arenaflex Analytics, email marketing, or CRO strategies
- Creative input on ad concepts and messaging
What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Develop performance-driven strategies to increase website traffic, conversions, and ROAS
• Test and iterate on creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve results
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights and reporting
• Collaborate with our team on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Stay up to date on Meta ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
