Freelance Social Media & Digital Marketing Expert (Las Vegas-based)
About Us: We are a well-established US manufacturer with 48 years of industry experience, producing air duct cleaning equipment, air filters, and other quality of life products sold through major retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Target, as well as B2B and direct-to-consumer channels. As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a strategic marketing partner to help us build effective advertising funnels and generate measurable leads.
The Opportunity: We’re seeking a skilled 1099 independent contractor based in Las Vegas to develop and execute our social media and digital marketing strategy. This role requires periodic in-person meetings at our Las Vegas facility for strategy sessions and progress reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create custom content that reflects our brand identity, including graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Write, develop, and maintain a company blog with SEO-focused content.
- Coordinate UGC sourcing and influencer partnerships.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for B2B and B2C brands.
- Strong content creation abilities (video editing, graphic design, copywriting).
- Demonstrated success with paid advertising on Google and Meta platforms.
- Experience with influencer outreach and management.
- Google Analytics (G4) -driven mindset with ability to report on ROI.
- Portfolio of previous work required.
- Bonus Skills: Website design and development experience, E-commerce platform knowledge, Manufacturing or retail industry experience.
Additional Information
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV 89120
