Job Description

Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for a Power BI Developer / Dashboard Specialist to support the development of new dashboards and enhancements to existing reporting solutions. The role focuses on integrating data from multiple sources, including external systems and Microsoft platforms, to deliver clear and actionable business insights. The consultant will also assist with data source maintenance and refresh processes, ensuring dashboards remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new Power BI dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources (external systems and Microsoft products).
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reports.
• Manage data updates in source systems, including Excel and SharePoint files.
• Perform data refreshes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting data.
• Design efficient data models and relationships between tables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet reporting and analytical needs.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI development.
• Hands-on experience with:
• DAX
• Measures
• Power Query Editor
• Calculated Columns
• Good understanding of data modeling and relationships between tables.
• Experience working with different scheduling mechanisms for data refresh.
• Ability to work with multiple data sources and integrate them into Power BI reports.
