The Role

We’re looking for a midweight Motion Graphics Artist to join our creative team. This position involves supporting motion content development and exploration of brand guidelines. You will assist in developing Heidi’s visual language, producing high-quality marketing content, and collaborating closely with various teams to refine visual branding. The role suits someone passionate about brand systems and dynamic content creation within a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create motion graphics and animated assets for brand, product, and social content.
• Explore and define motion principles and visual behaviors for brand guidelines.
• Support brand guideline development and test motion styles, typography, pacing, and tone.
• Produce content for various platforms and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with editors to enhance films with motion elements and graphic systems.
• Adapt and localise motion content for different markets.
• Organise and maintain motion assets, templates, and shared files.
• Contribute ideas during the creative development process.
• Support light pre-production tasks such as visual references and style frames.

What We Will Look For

• Solid experience as a motion graphics artist, preferably in brand or product storytelling.
• Strong After Effects skills and a good grasp of animation principles.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and basic 3D skills.
• Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma for layouts and brand assets adaptation.
• Strong visual instincts with a focus on rhythm, clarity, and emotional tone.
• Able to work within and evolve an existing brand system.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects while ensuring clear communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with brand guidelines.
• Background in healthcare, tech, or human-centered storytelling.
• Illustration or design experience.
• Knowledge of localisation and multilingual workflows.
