We aim to redefine how the world shops and lives well through culture-shaping storytelling and cutting-edge health tech. This role involves taking ownership of performance-led creative across paid social for a 6-month freelance contract, working hands-on from concept to delivery in collaboration with the Growth, Product, and wider creative teams.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years in visual/design roles (in-house or agency) with a portfolio of paid social, short-form video, and web content.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Confident video editing skills (CapCut or After Effects) and solid motion fundamentals.
• Experience in AI image generation using tools like Nano Banana, Midjourney, or similar.
• Fluency in platform specs and best practices for Meta/TikTok/YouTube; comfortable with versioning and iterating quickly.
• Strong image sourcing, retouching, and visual taste, with attention to file hygiene and handover.
• Data-aware mindset: ability to use performance signals to refine creative.
• Clear communication skills, ownership, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience in copy direction and conceptualisation.
