We are seeking a Senior UX Design Developer to join the Data and AI Innovation team. This team delivers scalable AI and data solutions, supporting global customers with a user-centric approach. In this role, you will shape user experiences for data and AI solutions used by the global sales organization, balancing UX research, UI design, user flows, and application design to align with business goals while enhancing efficiency and satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a senior role.
Required Skills & Experience
- Front-end development knowledge with skills in delivering enterprise solutions as a Senior UX Designer on cloud platforms like AWS.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration, utilizing Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including A/B Testing and Usability Metrics.
- Ability to document and communicate project plans and technical details to both technical and non-technical partners.
Complementary Qualifications
- Experience working in a globally distributed organization.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, and Software as a Service (SaaS) technologies.
- Experience in Business-Driven Design with an understanding of process engineering.
- 2+ years in a research and development cycle with proven experience and portfolio.
Exceptional Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Siemens DISW product portfolio, including domains like PLM and CAD.
- Experience with Sales Force, Sales Dashboards, and AI interactive interfaces.
