Job Description
BrightSide Media produces high-impact Instagram ads and organic social content for service-based businesses across various industries. We are seeking freelance videographers who can film Instagram ads, brand videos, and educational content onsite. This remote production role involves following project briefs, shot lists, and scripts while directing clients to ensure they feel confident on camera.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Represent BrightSide Media professionally on location
- Film vertical social media content (ads and organic content)
- Capture cinematic b-roll, interviews, and lifestyle footage
- Coach clients through scripts to help them feel natural on camera
- Follow project briefs and shot lists closely
- Capture footage in 4K
- Upload all raw footage within 48 hours
- Communicate proactively before, during, and after shoots
Required Gear
- Mirrorless or DSLR camera
- Drone (required)
- Gimbal / stabilizer
- Tripod
- Audio equipment for interviews
- Extra batteries and SD cards
- ND filters
Job Details
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50 - $70 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
