Job Description

This position involves working on golf polo bottom dresses for both men and women. Responsibilities include initiating and maintaining flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator, creating and updating tech packs in Excel/PLM, updating Bill Of Material/Illustrator Linesheet, communicating with Golf Sales representatives, and reviewing production samples for details.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 4-5 years minimum experience in Golf product (full time)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design
• Attention to detail, computer literacy, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid understanding of product construction (finishes, fabrics, trims)
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Proficient in PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
• Strong understanding of color and pattern
• Advanced knowledge of fabric and washes
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to adjust to changing work demands
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional organization with Merch, Tech, Production, and Marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
