Job Description

AMAResume is an AI-powered platform transforming the job search from a static PDF into a living, interactive experience. Our platform turns resumes into shareable web pages where an AI “Talent Agent” advocates for candidates 24/7—answering questions, scoring job fits, and even speaking to visitors via voice. We are currently focused on empowering job seekers to tell their best story with the help of AI and building a recruiter experience to bridge the gap between talent and hiring teams.

We need a part-time, entrepreneurial, results-driven Social Media Content Marketer to define our voice and grow our user base. You will be the face and voice of a product that is literally changing how people present themselves to the world.

Requirements

• A Content Native: You understand the nuance between a viral TikTok and a high-authority LinkedIn post.
• AI-Fluent: You can explain complex AI features in a way that feels human, helpful, and high-value.
• Growth-Minded: You aren’t just looking for a “task list”; you want to own a strategy and see the numbers move.
• Entrepreneurial: You’re excited by the “builder” phase of a startup and want your compensation to reflect your impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Short Form Content Creation: Produce high-engagement short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and LinkedIn posts that showcase the “magic” of an interactive AI resume.
• Brand Storytelling: Explain the value of a resume that “speaks for you”—highlighting features like Voice-AI, Job Match Scoring, and the third-person AI Agent.
• Community Engagement: Connect with job seekers and career influencers to drive sign-ups for our Free, Starter, and Pro tiers.
• Strategic Teasing (B2B): Help seed the ground for our upcoming recruiter portal by engaging with HR tech circles and showcasing how AMAResume makes a recruiter’s life easier.

Compensation & Perks

This is a Profit-Sharing Performance Role.

• Monthly Stipend: Base pay to be discussed based on commitment.
• Profit Share: A percentage of the revenue generated from the users (and future B2B leads) you bring to the platform.
• Creative Autonomy: You’ll have a direct line to the founder and a massive say in the brand’s creative direction.
• Pro Account included for your personal use as a freelancer.
